The Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator is a tidy, compact little vibe. Designed for clitoral use, this bullet vibrator features a sleek, streamlined design and beautiful waves down the body.
I consider this to be a pin-pointed shape; though the stimulating end bulges out, it still narrows to a fine point (about 1 cm wide), making this a great option for those who prefer targeted stimulation. The body is also totally rigid (it doesn’t bend) and there’s a slight bit of squish at the stimulation tip.
This vibrator ticks all the boxes you’d expect from a luxury product: it’s fully waterproof, USB rechargeable, and coated in silky, bodysafe silicone.

How to Use the Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator
The Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator is controlled by a single control button at the base inscribed with an “S”
- To turn the Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator on, press and hold the S button for 3 seconds.
- Apply to your body. Though designed for clitoral stimulation, you can of course use this against other body parts. However, do not use this internally.
- Tap the S button to cycle through its 10 vibration modes (3 steady states and 7 patterns).
- To turn it off, press and hold the S button again for 3 seconds.
Packaging
The Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator is packaged cleanly and simply. The Tulip is pictured on the front of a white and purple sleeve. When you remove the sleeve, there is a white lidded box. Once you remove the lid, the Tulip is nestled neatly in a black foam pillow. Accessories are beneath.
All in all, you receive the Tulip vibrator, a USB charging cable, an instructions booklet and a very small fabric storage pouch.
Material and Care
The Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator is made from silicone with a silky matte finish. Silicone is a fabulous material for sex toys because it’s nonporous (so it cleans well) and nontoxic.
The Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator is waterproof. To clean, I rinse the whole thing in warm, soapy water before and after each use.
If you’d like to add lubricant (which I always recommend), try a good quality, water-based lube like my favourite basic Sliquid H2O. Don’t use any silicone-based lubricants as they could damage the silicone finish.
To charge, insert the needle end of the charging cable into the hole near the bottom of the handle. Connect that to power via your computer or a USB wall adapter. A full charge takes about 1 hour and gives you up to 1 hour of playtime.

My Experience with the Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator
Confession: I’ve never tried a Svakom product. This brand has been around for 10 years and I’ve seen them marketed everywhere, but I’ve never actually tried to get my hands on one. Until now!
I’m on a bullet vibrator kick this summer, collecting and testing a lot of them. When I saw this toy’s low price point, I decided it was finally time to give Svakom a whirl.
The Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator is what I consider a low-price-point toy. It’s ~$35 retail price, which is unusual for a silicone vibrator with all of these features.
To my (somewhat) surprise, the Svakom Tulip Bullet’s vibrations do deliver some oomph. Compared to the hundreds of vibrators I’ve tested, this motor falls in my ‘medium strength’ category. The ratio of vibration type is perhaps around 30% rumble and 70% buzz.
When coupled with that rigid body and narrow, pin-point tip, that was (for me, personally) enough oomph to experience some powerful orgasms.
It’s also a fairly quiet toy. I wasn’t worried about anyone hearing me through walls!
Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator Review – Overall Thoughts
I’m not going to call Svakom Tulip Bullet Vibrator a roaring powerhouse, because it’s not. But it was SO cheap. This makes it a great option for those who want an affordable vibrator with a little bit of kick; it’s medium-strength, bodysafe, waterproof and rechargeable.
