Design
The Womanizer Enhance is a new Pleasure Air technology clitoral suction toy from Womanizer. For those of you who are new to sex toys, pressure wave toys like this give touchless stimulation to your clitoris; your clitoris kind of feels like it’s being sucked by air.
Womanizer came out with this technology nearly 10 years ago and there have been endless copycats since. By this point, I have reviewed so many pressure air / suction toys that it’s rare that I come across one that really stands out from the crowd.
But I was so curious about the Womanizer Enhance. It’s not simply a pressure air toy — it also has vibration. This has been done, but what is new here is that the vibration and pressure air modes are independently controlled. You can have soft suction with deep, high rumble, or a soft rumble with lots of suction. There are 10 independently controlled vibration, suction, and pattern modes. I haven’t seen this before, and I was curious.
At $169 USD, it’s definitely one of Womanizer’s pricier offerings. You are paying for the ability to customize your experience, as well as for luxurious, well-made quality I’ve come to expect from Womanizer. The Womanizer Enhance feels sturdy and solid in the palm of my hand. The silicone coating is silky and matte. It has 10 different Pleasure Air strengths, 10 different vibration strengths, and 10 different patterns. It’s rechargeable and waterproof.

The Womanizer Enhance comes in 3 colour choices: Lilac, Vibrant Pink, and Black. I absolutely adore the colour of my Lilac one. It’s a gentle periwinkle tone, breezy and refreshing.
How to Use the Womanizer Enhance
The Womanizer Enhance is controlled by 5 buttons located on the handle.
- To turn on your Enhance, press and hold the big (+) sign.
- Gently part your labia and center the Enhance’s opening over your clitoris. (if this feels too intense, you could always use the surrounding areas).
- The Vibration and Pleasure Air modes are controlled separately. To increase or decrease suction, use the (+) and (–) buttons.
- To increase or decrease vibration strength, use the ~~ buttons.
- To use the autopilot mode (ie patterns), tap the button closest to the charging pins (it looks like a number pad). Hold the button to go back to a regular, steady state.
- There are 10 vibration strengths, 10 Pleasure Air strengths, and 10 patterns. They are all controlled independently, so there are virtually endless ways to customize your experience.
- To turn off your Womanizer Enhance, hold the (–) button.
Packaging
The Womanizer Enhance is packaged beautifully. The box features the Enhance on the cover and a pull-out drawer. It feels high quality and gift-worthy.
Inside the box, you will find all the contents neatly packaged under vellum paper.
All in all, you receive the Enhance, the USB charging cord, a fabric drawstring pouch, a quickstart guide, a booklet on safety information, a social media sheet, and a card with information about sustainable packaging.
Material and Care
The Womanizer Enhance is made from silicone (the body) and ABS plastic (the bottom tip of the handle), making it bodysafe. Silicone is the best material you could ask for in a sex toy; it’s nonporous (making it hygienic), non-toxic and hypoallergenic.
The Womanizer Enhance is waterproof (IPX7). To clean, I wash it in warm, soapy water after each use. Then I shake and pat it dry.
If you’d like to use a lubricant with this toy (which I always recommend), choose a basic water-based lube like this Lovehoney Water-Based Lubricant.
To recharge the Womanizer Enhance, use the included USB charging cable. Attach the magnetic end against the two little metal dots at the base. Plug that cord into your computer or a USB wall adapter. A full charge takes about 2 hours and gets you up to 2 hours of playtime.

My Experience with the Womanizer Enhance
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away. I’ve reviewed so many hundreds of products that it’s rare that a toy really stands out.
But I’ve got to say, this thing rocked my world.
Why? It’s not just the suction alone, or just the vibration. It’s the ability to get a precise combination of the two.
My personal sweetspot is the vibration on level 10/10 and the suction on level 4/10. This means solid, full-strength vibrations with low-to-moderate air pulsations. I can’t believe how effective this is for my body or how strong my orgasms have been.
Your personal sweetspot with the Womanizer Enhance might be low vibration but stronger suction. Or full-throttle maxed-out vibration and suction.
This is the first time I’ve encountered a suction product that lets me personalize my experience like this. Bodies are picky, and I am picky — and this is what I think a lot of people need. 
Is this worth the $60 price jump from my other favourite Womanizer toy, the Womanizer Liberty 2? If you want a product that lets you find your personal vibration/suction niche, then yes. It’s not as travel-friendly as the Liberty 2 because it is bigger and doesn’t come with a travel cap, but I think I will be turning to the Enhance more frequently than the Liberty 2. This is just too good.
Womanizer Enhance Review – Overall Thoughts
I couldn’t believe how effective the Womanizer Enhance is. Being able to control the vibrations and the suction independently means you can find your personal sweetspot combination of vibration vs suction. This thing rocked my world, and it’s one of my new favourites.
