Design
The Uberrime Draconis Dildo (Small | Large) is a stunning fantasy depiction of a dragon penis. The Draconis Dragon Dildo is part of the Uberrime’s Phantasia First Time Fantasy Dildos line. Each dildo in this line is crafted to be a gentle and comfortable introduction to fantasy toys, featuring soft shapes and textures in an unmistakable fantasy design.
I’m not sure what else someone could ask for in a dragon dildo: it looks perfect to me. The shaft is ridged and detailed with hard-looking plates sweeping downwards. The head is sharply pointed, with its coronal ridge gently textured with small beads/balls. The scaled base flares out (making it anal-safe). And while the base doesn’t have a built-in suction cup per se, it does a fairly okay job at sticking to perfectly smooth surfaces. If you want to make sure it really sticks, Uberrime sells a silicone double-sided suction cup (which now I wish I had gotten, because it looks amazing and SO handy).
I have two Uberrime Draconis Dragon Dildos:
- The green one is Uberrime’s Ready Made Draconis. It comes in Uberrime’s soft firmness (shore 0050), in a bronze and emerald green ombre. It’s glittery and beautiful, with shimmering flecks throughout. The shift in colour is gradual and blends the copper and green beautifully, almost creating an iridescent effect. Mine is a size Small ($98 CAD), but it also comes in Large ($141 CAD).
- The red one is a custom blend with three colours: red, gold, and lemon pop. It’s in Uberrime’s soft & squishy (shore 0030) firmness. I love this ombre so much; there are shimmering gold flecks throughout, adding depth and dimension to these colours with a marbling effect. All these options together add up to $127 CAD for the small and $171 CAD for the large.
They have been designed with such care and attention to detail.
The two sizing options differ substantially.
My Small Draconis is modestly sized: 6.5″ (with 5.5″ insertable) and is only 1.4″ wide at its widest part. The Large, on the other hand, would be a whopping 8.5″ long (7″ insertable) and 1.79″ in diameter at the widest part. It’s easy to see why the Large size is so much more expensive: you’re getting a lot more silicone in the Large.
How to Use the Uberrime Draconis Dildo

Preparation: Start by washing your hands and the dildo with mild soap and warm water.

Lube: Apply a generous amount of water-based lube to the dildo. Even if you generate a lot of natural lubricant yourself, I always recommend adding some water-based lubricant. The textured scales will benefit from the extra slip.

Insertion: Start slow and steady. The flared base ensures the toy can’t be inserted too deeply, also making this safe for anal use. Take your time to adjust to the size and texture.
- Explore: Once inserted, you can move the dildo in and out, or twist it to hit different spots. I find that the textured scales provide unique sensations with every movement. I have added a bullet vibrator during play, which quickly speeds me to orgasm (if you need one, I have previously tried out this bullet vibe and it is amazing).

Clean Up: After use, clean the dildo thoroughly with mild soap and warm water. For a deeper clean, use a toy cleaner or boil it (be careful not to warp the silicone).
Packaging
The Uberrime Draconis Dragon Dildo comes boxed in a plain brown shipping box. When you open the shipping box, you can find your toy wrapped up in purple tissue. Each dildo is sealed in a plastic bag.
All in all, you receive your Draconis, a pamphlet with some extra information, and a mini dildo just for funsies.
Material and Care
The Uberrime Draconis Dragon Dildo is made with platinum silicone, making it bodysafe (nontoxic, free of phthalates, etc). This particular silicone finish is very sticky to the touch, which attracts lint/dust.
To clean, I wash it in warm, soapy water before and after each use. Because this is silicone, you can also clean it with other methods. You could use a sex toy cleaner, you could boil it in water to sterilize it, or you could pop it in your dishwasher (top rack only) without detergent.
I recommend sticking to a good-quality water-based lubricant with Uberrime toys. Don’t use a hybrid or silicone lubricant because those would ruin the silicone finish of these toys.
My Experience with the Uberrime Draconis Dragon Dildo
Where to begin? The Uberrime Draconis Dragon Dildo is a work of art. I love how the details bring this mythical dragon to life; every scale is perfectly sculpted, and the overall design is just mind-blowing. It’s like having a piece of fantasy art in your bedroom.
To newbies, the texture and shape might look overwhelming, but it didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The pointed head makes insertion so easy — it slips in so smoothly and glides all the way in, reaching my A-spot. During thrusts, I’m not worried about my cervix getting poked too sharply, because this dildo is so deliciously squishy.
The ridged plates are really where this dildo shines. They gently glide along my G-spot… I can feel the bump bump bump as I thrust, and it’s delightful.
Having tried both firmness (the green one is soft [shore 0050], and the red/gold one is soft & squishy [shore 0030], I find that I personally much prefer the slightly firmer option (shore 0050). The soft & squishy shore 0030 is just a tad too floppy for me in this small-sized dildo — the slim design, coupled with the super squishy density, just bends too easily. I find it harder to maneuver and target. As a result, I find that I’ve mostly been reaching for the green Draconis.
I suspect that, had I gotten this in a Large size, then I would have enjoyed shore 0030 more. But for smaller sizes, I find the firmer options better to work with. I hope that Uberrime offers this in a medium shore (8a) in future.
Uberrime Draconis Dragon Dildo Review – Overall Thoughts
I love the concept and execution of Uberrime’s Phantasia line — the Draconis Dildo is a great first timer option, and a gateway design to more of Uberrime’s fantastical creations. Despite my qualms about the soft & squishy option, I really love this dildo. It’s unique and texture-rich. It ignites my imagination with its stunning, lifelike dragon design, and it feels divine.
